			<p data-start="41" data-end="411">If you’re looking for a <strong data-start="65" data-end="96">fun twist on classic nachos</strong>, try making them in a bundt pan. This easy recipe creates a <strong data-start="157" data-end="171">nacho ring</strong> that flips perfectly onto a serving platter and leaves space in the center for guacamole or your favorite dip. It’s one of those recipes that looks impressive for parties, game day, or family movie night—but it’s incredibly simple to make.</p>
<p data-start="413" data-end="670">The layers of tortilla chips, shredded chicken, black beans, salsa, taco seasoning, and melted cheese bake together just long enough to warm everything through. When you flip it out of the pan, you get a crispy, cheesy nacho ring that’s perfect for sharing.</p>
<p data-start="672" data-end="852">To finish it off, drizzle a creamy topping made with <strong data-start="725" data-end="770">blended cottage cheese and taco seasoning</strong> (a great substitute for sour cream) and serve with fresh guacamole in the center.</p>
<h2 data-start="859" data-end="873">Ingredients</h2>
<h3 data-start="875" data-end="893">For the Nachos</h3>
<ol>
<li data-start="896" data-end="954">1–2 cups <strong data-start="905" data-end="924">shredded cheese</strong> (for the base and layering)</li>
<li data-start="957" data-end="981">1 bag <strong data-start="963" data-end="981">tortilla chips</strong></li>
<li data-start="984" data-end="1078">2 cups <strong data-start="991" data-end="1011">shredded chicken</strong> <em data-start="1012" data-end="1078">(or any protein you prefer such as ground beef, turkey, or pork)</em></li>
<li data-start="1081" data-end="1122">1 can <strong data-start="1087" data-end="1102">black beans</strong>, rinsed and drained</li>
<li data-start="1125" data-end="1152">1 packet <strong data-start="1134" data-end="1152">taco seasoning</strong></li>
<li data-start="1155" data-end="1170">¾ cup <strong data-start="1161" data-end="1170">salsa</strong></li>
<li data-start="1173" data-end="1238">1–2 cups <strong data-start="1182" data-end="1201">shredded cheese</strong> (pepper jack and cheddar work great)</li>
</ol>
<h3 data-start="1240" data-end="1263">Creamy Taco Drizzle</h3>
<ul>
<li data-start="1266" data-end="1298">1 cup <strong data-start="1272" data-end="1298">blended cottage cheese</strong></li>
<li data-start="1301" data-end="1333">1–2 teaspoons <strong data-start="1315" data-end="1333">taco seasoning</strong></li>

<h2>For Serving</h2>
<ul>
<li>Homemade guacamole</li>
</ul>
<h2 data-start="1382" data-end="1397">Instructions</h2>
<h3 data-start="1399" data-end="1422">1. Preheat the Oven</h3>
<p data-start="1423" data-end="1454">Preheat your oven to <strong data-start="1444" data-end="1453">350°F</strong>.</p>
<h3 data-start="1456" data-end="1483">2. Start the Base Layer</h3>
<p data-start="1484" data-end="1616">Place a <strong data-start="1492" data-end="1522">handful of shredded cheese</strong> in the bottom of a bundt pan. This helps everything hold together when you flip it out later.</p>
<h3 data-start="1618" data-end="1644">3. Add the First Layer</h3>
<p data-start="1645" data-end="1702">Place a layer of <strong data-start="1662" data-end="1680">tortilla chips</strong> on top of the cheese.</p>
<h3 data-start="1704" data-end="1730">4. Prepare the Filling</h3>
<p data-start="1731" data-end="1750">In a bowl, combine:</p>
<ul>
<li data-start="1753" data-end="1771">shredded chicken</li>
<li data-start="1774" data-end="1794">rinsed black beans</li>

<p data-start="1825" data-end="1863">Mix until everything is evenly coated.</p>
<h3 data-start="1865" data-end="1887">5. Add the Filling</h3>
<p data-start="1888" data-end="1948">Spread <strong data-start="1895" data-end="1923">half of the meat mixture</strong> over the tortilla chips.</p>
<h3 data-start="1950" data-end="1967">6. Add Cheese</h3>
<p data-start="1968" data-end="2034">Sprinkle <strong data-start="1977" data-end="2020">shredded pepper jack and cheddar cheese</strong> over the top.</p>
<h3 data-start="2036" data-end="2060">7. Repeat the Layers</h3>
<p data-start="2061" data-end="2180">Add another layer of <strong data-start="2082" data-end="2100">tortilla chips</strong>, then the <strong data-start="2111" data-end="2137">remaining meat mixture</strong>, and finish with more <strong data-start="2160" data-end="2179">shredded cheese</strong>.</p>
<h3 data-start="2182" data-end="2193">8. Bake</h3>
<p data-start="2194" data-end="2286">Bake for <strong data-start="2203" data-end="2220">12–14 minutes</strong>, just long enough to warm everything through and melt the cheese.</p>
<h3 data-start="2288" data-end="2310">9. Flip the Nachos</h3>
<p data-start="2311" data-end="2418">Carefully place a serving platter over the bundt pan and <strong data-start="2368" data-end="2391">flip it upside down</strong> to release the nacho ring.</p>
<h3 data-start="2420" data-end="2456">10. Make the Creamy Taco Drizzle</h3>
<p data-start="2457" data-end="2478">In a small bowl, mix:</p>
<ol>
<li data-start="2481" data-end="2513"><strong data-start="2481" data-end="2513">1 cup blended cottage cheese</strong></li>
<li data-start="2516" data-end="2534"><strong data-start="2516" data-end="2534">taco seasoning</strong></li>
</ol>
<p data-start="2536" data-end="2578">Stir well and <strong data-start="2550" data-end="2577">drizzle over the nachos</strong>.</p>
<h3 data-start="2580" data-end="2593">11. Serve</h3>
<p data-start="2594" data-end="2687">Place a <strong data-start="2602" data-end="2646">bowl of homemade guacamole in the center</strong> of the nacho ring and serve immediately.</p>
<hr data-start="2689" data-end="2692" />
<h2 data-start="2694" data-end="2731">Tips for the Best Bundt Pan Nachos</h2>
<p data-start="2735" data-end="2795"><strong data-start="2735" data-end="2764">**Use sturdy tortilla chips</strong> so they hold up to the layers.</p>
<p data-start="2798" data-end="2854"><strong data-start="2798" data-end="2824">**Don’t overfill the pan</strong> or it will be harder to flip.</p>
<p data-start="2857" data-end="2943"><strong data-start="2857" data-end="2886">**Add toppings after baking</strong> like jalapeños, diced tomatoes, olives, or green onions.</p>
<p data-start="2946" data-end="3027">**You can swap the chicken for <strong data-start="2975" data-end="3026">ground beef, pulled pork, or leftover taco meat</strong>.</p>
<p data-start="3029" data-end="3150">This recipe is perfect for <strong data-start="3056" data-end="3113">game day snacks, party food, or an easy family dinner</strong> that everyone will want to dig into.</p>

<h3 class="mceTemp">Golden, flaky crab rangoon puff pastry rolls drizzled with sweet Thai chili sauce — the easiest crowd-pleasing appetizer.</h3>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p data-start="202" data-end="313">If you love crab rangoon but don’t love standing over hot oil frying batch after batch… this recipe is for you.</p>
<p data-start="315" data-end="629">These <strong data-start="321" data-end="355">Crab Rangoon Puff Pastry Rolls</strong> give you all the creamy, savory flavor of your favorite takeout appetizer — but baked, golden, and perfectly flaky thanks to puff pastry. They’re easy to prep, easy to slice, and perfect for holidays, game day, or when you just need something impressive without the stress.</p>
<p data-start="631" data-end="722">This is one of those appetizers that looks fancy but is secretly simple (my favorite kind).</p>
<h2 data-start="729" data-end="759">Why You’ll Love This Recipe</h2>
<ul>
<li data-start="763" data-end="783">No frying required</li>

<li data-start="925" data-end="976">Sweet + savory combo with Thai chili sauce on top</li>
</ul>
<p data-start="978" data-end="1136">The puff pastry makes everything buttery and flaky, while the filling stays creamy and flavorful with just the right balance of crab, cheese, and green onion.</p>
