Bundt Pan Nachos

Bundt pan nachos flipped onto a plate forming a nacho ring with guacamole in the center and creamy taco drizzle on top.

Bundt Pan Nachos

If you’re looking for a fun twist on classic nachos, try making them in a bundt pan. This easy recipe creates a nacho ring that flips perfectly onto a serving platter and leaves space in the center for guacamole or your favorite dip. It’s one of those recipes that looks impressive for parties, game day, or family movie night—but it’s incredibly simple to make.

The layers of tortilla chips, shredded chicken, black beans, salsa, taco seasoning, and melted cheese bake together just long enough to warm everything through. When you flip it out of the pan, you get a crispy, cheesy nacho ring that’s perfect for sharing.

To finish it off, drizzle a creamy topping made with blended cottage cheese and taco seasoning (a great substitute for sour cream) and serve with fresh guacamole in the center.

Ingredients

For the Nachos

  1. 1–2 cups shredded cheese (for the base and layering)
  2. 1 bag tortilla chips
  3. 2 cups shredded chicken (or any protein you prefer such as ground beef, turkey, or pork)
  4. 1 can black beans, rinsed and drained
  5. 1 packet taco seasoning
  6. ¾ cup salsa
  7. 1–2 cups shredded cheese (pepper jack and cheddar work great)

Creamy Taco Drizzle

  • 1 cup blended cottage cheese
  • 1–2 teaspoons taco seasoning

For Serving

  • Homemade guacamole

Instructions

1. Preheat the Oven

Preheat your oven to 350°F.

2. Start the Base Layer

Place a handful of shredded cheese in the bottom of a bundt pan. This helps everything hold together when you flip it out later.

3. Add the First Layer

Place a layer of tortilla chips on top of the cheese.

4. Prepare the Filling

In a bowl, combine:

  • shredded chicken
  • rinsed black beans
  • taco seasoning
  • salsa

Mix until everything is evenly coated.

5. Add the Filling

Spread half of the meat mixture over the tortilla chips.

6. Add Cheese

Sprinkle shredded pepper jack and cheddar cheese over the top.

7. Repeat the Layers

Add another layer of tortilla chips, then the remaining meat mixture, and finish with more shredded cheese.

8. Bake

Bake for 12–14 minutes, just long enough to warm everything through and melt the cheese.

9. Flip the Nachos

Carefully place a serving platter over the bundt pan and flip it upside down to release the nacho ring.

10. Make the Creamy Taco Drizzle

In a small bowl, mix:

  1. 1 cup blended cottage cheese
  2. taco seasoning

Stir well and drizzle over the nachos.

11. Serve

Place a bowl of homemade guacamole in the center of the nacho ring and serve immediately.

Tips for the Best Bundt Pan Nachos

**Use sturdy tortilla chips so they hold up to the layers.

**Don’t overfill the pan or it will be harder to flip.

**Add toppings after baking like jalapeños, diced tomatoes, olives, or green onions.

**You can swap the chicken for ground beef, pulled pork, or leftover taco meat.

This recipe is perfect for game day snacks, party food, or an easy family dinner that everyone will want to dig into.
