If you’ve got leftover BBQ meatballs, this is one of the easiest ways to turn them into something completely new.
This Southern BBQ Meatball Flatbread is layered with pimento cheese, pickled onions, and coleslaw for the perfect mix of flavor and texture — and it comes together in minutes.

Ingredients
- Leftover BBQ meatballs, chopped
- Naan flatbread
- Pimento cheese spread
- Pickled onions
- Angel hair coleslaw
(store-bought or prepped ahead for ease)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F
- Warm naan flatbread in the oven for 3–5 minutes
- While that warms, chop and heat leftover BBQ meatballs
- Remove naan from oven and spread a generous layer of pimento cheese
- Top with warm chopped meatballs
- Add pickled onions and a handful of angel hair coleslaw
- Slice and serve immediately
